Whether your lamps are just getting old and losing their punch, or the heat field just isn’t lining up with your bottle shape, you’re fighting a losing battle with thermal variance. The real deal with heat distribution Here is the thing about standard halogen lamps: they have a habit of “dropping off” at the ends. You get these cold spots near the electrodes, and that’s where the trouble starts. We fixed this by rethinking how the filament is wound. By tweaking the wattage-per-centimeter, we make sure the infrared energy stays steady from one end to the other. If you’re running a high-speed line, you can’t afford to wait around.
