Bulk Patio Heaters: 400V Halogen Lamps with R7s Connectors for Industrial Heat
We don’t build patio heaters to look pretty. We build them to work. These are industrial heating tools, plain and simple. At the heart of every unit is a high-power halogen infrared lamp, designed to throw concentrated, targeted heat exactly where you need it.
Power, Voltage, and Size—What You Actually Get
The standard setup runs on 400V. That higher voltage matters because it drops the current for the same wattage, which keeps wiring manageable and eases the load on your circuits. These lamps are seriously strong, often hitting 2500W or more. That kind of power delivers the heat density you need to get the job done. And the tube? Just 300mm long. That compact size means you can pack a lot of heat into tight spaces without having to rework the whole assembly.
Built to Take the Heat
We use a quartz envelope because it can handle the shock of rapid on/off cycles and stays steady even when the filament runs hot. Inside, the halogen cycle keeps the filament clean, so output stays consistent over the life of the lamp. Outside, a coating helps control UV, which protects nearby materials from damage. The R7s base isn’t just a random choice. It’s the practical fit for straight-tube setups, giving you solid contact and making the lamp a simple, drop-in replacement in standard heater fixtures.
Where They Shine—and What to Watch For
These lamps are made for outdoor heating and industrial spot heating. The infrared heat hits people and surfaces directly, not the air around them. So you feel the warmth fast, without wasting energy. But here’s the catch: that concentrated power needs proper handling. You’ll need to plan for clearance, ventilation, and protective guards to keep nearby parts from overheating.
